 2500 Lakeview Association, located at 2500 North Lakeview Avenue, is a condominium building situated directly across from the North Pond of Lincoln Park- “a garden in the city”.

Its breathtaking view overlooks Lake Michigan, the city skyline, the park and Peggy Notebaert Nature Museum. The amenities of this pet friendly building include an outdoor pool, a barbeque and entertainment deck, hospitality suite, fitness center and laundry room.

Designed and built as a condominium in 1974, this 158 unit building has an intimate feel, with no more than five units per floor. It enjoys on site building management, 24-hour doormen and indoor parking.

In 2012 and 2013 the building completed exterior concrete repairs and replacement of all units’ windows.

In 2014 the hot and cold water riser pipes and related water distribution pipes were replaced with copper pipes.
