The Annual Members Meeting is typically held the fourth Tuesday in September. The purpose of the meeting is to elect three board members to fill the seats of outgoing board members. Elected nominees serve a two-year term.
Board of Directors Meetings are typically held on the fourth Tuesday of the month in the Hospitality Room. Notices with agendas are posted in the lobby and second floor at least three days in advance of the meeting.
The purpose of a Board Meeting is to conduct and vote on Association business. Owners are not invited to speak or comment during the meeting. There is an open session for owners’ to present questions and remarks held before the opening and after the closing of the Board Meeting.
